How do I know if my payment has gone through?

You will receive a WorldPay transaction confirmation email showing details of the purchase you have made, including a purchase Transaction ID.

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact the store from which you made the purchase, and inform them that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. They will be able to arrange a refund, if necessary, and answer any other queries you have about your order.

Can I pay by cheque or over the phone?

WorldPay can accept payment online only by debit or credit card. If you wish to pay by cheque or over the phone, please contact Australian Safety Equipment on 1300 73 22 74. There may be additional delay in the delivery of the products in order to confirm receipt of funds.

Your system says that my card number is invalid?

Please double-check your card number, and make sure you are not including any spaces. The number we require is the long number that spans the width of your card. The number will be 15 or more digits, depending on your card type.

I've been billed incorrectly - what do I do?

WorldPay are told the payment amount by the Australian Safety Equipment. If the amount is incorrect, please email accounts@safetyequipment.net.au immediately.

You can find the store contact details on the store's website, the store purchase receipt, and on the WorldPay transaction confirmation. Alternatively, you can email us direct using the Reply button on the receipt or the confirmation email. When contacting the store, please include your purchase Transaction ID number (shown on the WorldPay transaction confirmation email).

There is an unrecognised WorldPay transaction on my bank statement.

If you have made an individual purchase, please query the transaction by emailing accounts@safetyequipment.net.au.
If you have any doubts as to the validity of the transaction (for example, you have not made a purchase at all), please contact your bank immediately.

I did not make an online purchase but I've received a confirmation email from WorldPay

This may have happened because a legitimate shopper made a mistake when typing their email address, and you have received the purchase confirmation email by mistake, or it could be due to a fraudulent transaction.

Please contact your bank immediately to find out if any unknown transactions have taken place.

I've received a payment confirmation email for a TEST purchase - what does this mean?

If you receive a WorldPay purchase confirmation email containing the words 'TEST transaction', this indicates that SafetyEquipment.net.au are in the process of testing the online payment facility and cannot currently accept live purchases.

In such cases, your card will NOT have been debited. However, if you want to query the transaction further, please contact accounts@safetyequipment.net.au.

What does W331 Declined mean?

This message means that the bank has declined the transaction. The bank does not tell WorldPay why the transaction has been declined, but it is normally because some card details have been entered incorrectly. For example:
Wrong card expiry date
Wrong valid from date
Wrong/incorrect issue number
Wrong security code.
If the problem persists, please contact your card issuer to find out more information.
If this means you cannot pay by payment card, please contact sales@safetyequipment.net.au to find out how else you might pay.

What does W330 referred mean?

This message means that the bank has referred the transaction, which results in a declined payment on the internet. The bank does not tell WorldPay why the transaction has been referred, but it is normally due to:
a request for further information, such as authorised signature or card holder identification
frequent use of the card within the last 24 hours
a random referral.
If you call your card issuer, they may tell you they are waiting for an authorisation code from the store. As this is an online purchase, an authorisation code CANNOT be obtained and sent to your card issuer to authorise the transaction.
We would therefore advise you to try again later, or to use a different card.

What does Server Time/Thread Error mean?

This message refers to a connection problem conflicting with your internet browser.
If you have successfully placed an order, you will receive a WorldPay transaction confirmation email showing details of the purchase you have made, including a purchase Transaction ID. If you do not receive this email, please try the purchase again.
If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact accounts@safetyequipment.net.au from which you made the purchase, and inform them that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. They will be able to arrange a refund, if necessary, and answer any other queries you have about your order.
