Has my Order Shipped?
You can view whether your product has shipped or not by clicking on the my order tracking button just beneath the title. You simply need to enter the Order number provided on your confirmation email.
How do I cancel a item in my order?
Orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Click on the Order tracking icon located just beneath the heading. Enter your order number and confirm that the order has not been shipped. If the order has not been shipped then contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 73 22 74 between 8 am and 6 pm EST Monday-Friday.
My order never arrived
Contact our Customer Service Centre on 1300 73 22 74 between 8 am and 6 pm EST Monday-Friday. All items within the Australian Safety Equipment logistics chain are barcoded and tracked digitally throughout Australia. All goods are signed for on site and Australian Safety Equipment can quickly and easily track down your order.
I did not receive my full order
Confirm by clicking on the order status icon just under the heading to confirm all of your components were shipped. If they were shipped, check with the delivery company to confirm they delivered all components of the order.
When will my backorder arrive?
If an item is on backorder Australian Safety Equipment will inform you of the expected delivery date. You will not be charged for items on backorder until they are available.
